Milcho is a Salvadorian TV &  Music Video Director as well as a Visual Artist & Photographer raised in Miami. Her television work can be seen on major television networks such as MTV, Tr3s, Telemundo, Mun2, Utilisma & La Mega amongst others and as per her music videos, she works mainly with indie artist where she has found less creative limitations. Milcho's work has been nominated for an MTV Latino Music Video Award, EMMY’s & IMAGEN Awards. Motivating, Empowering & Stimulating students at schools, colleges & universities while speaking in art, multimedia & video production classes is one of her biggest passions. Milcho serves on the Board of the Florida Chapter for the Recording Academy (GRAMMYs) as well the board of the MOCA (Museum of Contemporary Art) in Miami. In 2012 she gave a TEDx talk in El Salvador where she spoke about her creative process linked to her hair condition called  Trichotillomania; the urge to pick and pull one’s hair obsessively. Topic which has been the subject of many interviews to bring social awareness.
